Chris Bossom

Over a decade ago in my early 30s, I decided to take control of my health and happiness. I started doing P90X workouts in my garage for three months before being introduced to an amazing CrossFit community by a friend. I was hooked on fitness and my newfound tribe, and quickly became a CFL1 coach. I loved the group workouts and the supportive atmosphere, but after a while, I fell into old habits and regained the weight (and confidence) I had lost.

I knew I needed to make a change, so I hired a nutrition coach. Over the next two years, I lost 60 pounds of fat and gained 15 pounds of muscle. More importantly, I learned how to make healthy choices to fuel my lifestyle that would last a lifetime. Taking control of my life inspired me to help others and I became a PNL1 certified nutrition coach in 2016. I worked with over 650 clients worldwide!

My journey as a Stoic practitioner has given me a clearer lens to see the world, which I rely on to guide my nutrition clients to unlock their true potential. In Stoicism, I’ve learned the importance of focus, discipline, and resilience – all essential qualities in my personal growth and for achieving goals both short and long term.

Witnessing the unwavering dedication of an athlete pushing their limits, or the inspiring commitment of a parent prioritizing family health, fuels my passion for empowering clients from all walks of life. I equip them with the skills to read food labels, navigate grocery aisles with confidence, and prepare delicious, nourishing meals that support their goals. This “nutritional freedom” empowers them to make lifelong choices for lasting health and performance, ultimately allowing them to feel truly good in their bodies. Seeing my clients shed self-doubt and embrace their full potential is what truly makes this work fulfilling.

When I’m not coaching you can find me lifting weights in my garage gym, riding motorcycles, playing guitar, supporting live stand-up comedy and music, walking my dogs, adventuring in the Rocky Mountains, and spending quality time with my incredible friends.
