“At 34 years old I started working with Brad 6 weeks leading up to regionals 2018. Being an older athlete I wanted to dial everything in for a run at a podium spot with Team417. Brad lined out my numbers and stayed with me with weekly check-ins to make sure we were on track. By regionals I was sleeping better, eating more, and ripped. At the end of day 3, I still was not sore and we made that podium spot and qualified for the games. Brad worked with me all the way through the games and long after. He went above and beyond showing up to the games to make sure the team and I had everything we needed. He literally went on his own time and dime during the games to grab me a concoction of fluids to bring me back to life after severe cramping and dehydration during the swim-run event.
